Declutter: Begin by removing any personal items and clutter left behind by previous guests or the property owner. This includes newspapers, magazines, food, and personal belongings. Dusting and Wiping: Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, tables, and window sills. Dust and clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, and any decorative items. Clean and Dust under furniture and hard-to-reach areas. Clean and disinfect light switches, remote controls, and doorknobs. Vacuuming: Vacuum all floors, including carpets, rugs, and hardwood/tile floors. Use an appropriate attachment to clean corners and edges. Mopping: Mop hard floors. Steam clean floors if necessary. Kitchen Cleaning: Deep Clean and degrease all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and appliances. Wipe down the exterior and interior of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Empty and sanitize the trash and recycling bins. Bathroom Cleaning: Wipe down mirrors and any glass surfaces. Deep Clean and disinfect the sink, toilets, bathtub or shower, including tiles, grout, and showerheads. Bedroom Cleaning: Change bed linens and make the bed neatly. Dust and clean all bedroom furniture, including nightstands and dressers. Vacuum under the bed and in corners. Ensure that all lamps and lighting fixtures are clean and functional. Living Area Cleaning: Vacuum upholstered furniture, such as couches and chairs. Wipe down and dust all living area surfaces. Clean any electronics, including TVs and gaming consoles. Floor and Carpet Stain Removal: Address any visible stains on carpets or upholstery. Window Cleaning: Clean windows, including cleaning tracks and frames. We only clean windows that are 6 feet and under, no high windows. Mold and Mildew Treatment: Address mold and mildew growth in damp areas like bathrooms. Cleaning Hard-to-Reach Areas: Clean behind furniture, under appliances, and on high or low surfaces. Final Touches: Inspect the property to ensure everything is in working order and report any maintenance issues to the host or property manager. Photographic Documentation: Take photos of the cleaned property as a record of its condition after cleaning. Reporting: Communicate any issues or damage to the property owner or manager. Laundry: Same as basic cleaning. Restocking Items: Same as basic cleaning.
