If you want assurance that your home is going to be cleaned right, ask for references or an invitation to watch your cleaner in action before making a commitment. It may seem inconvenient, but having peace of mind about who will be cleaning your house is worth it. One simple question: What happens if I don’t like my first cleaning?

6. Can they work around my schedule? 

If you’re going to hire outside help, make sure they can accommodate your schedule. When hiring, ask about pricing and availability of weekend hours, flexible scheduling, and evening services. Many times home cleaning companies have special rates if you use their services more than once per week. Make sure you can comfortably afford these prices before committing for any set amount of time.
