Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request that you inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation within 1 hour: If you cancel your appointment within 1 hour of the scheduled time, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged based on the total service cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
No-Show or Late Arrival: If you fail to show up for your appointment or arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, no full refund will be provided.
Special Sales and Promotions: Refunds are not available for special sales and promotional offers. Instead, we will issue store credit for the value of the promotion.
Expiration of Promotions: Please note that special promotions and offers may come with expiration dates. If the promotion or offer has expired, store credit cannot be honored.
